ADVENTURES

Creating great original content when blogging is the new standard, and the images play a big role in your original content. Come join us for a fall workshop on how to photograph and style a food shoot from concept to completion. We will teach you our techniques that we have used photographing for the publications like Real Simple, Martha Stewart Living and the New York Times Magazine.

We will begin our session with some camera basics, the ins and outs of using natural light, and what lens to use in which situations. There will be a tutorial on styling the shoot, where to get props and how to set a mood with them. You will learn how to setup an editorial/blog food shoot from concept to completion. We will also be touching on some great tips for food styling and a whole lot more.

This will be a hands on workshop, where you’ll get to shoot and see what you’re learning in action. This class is for the food blogger or individual who wants to extend their knowledge of daylight food photography.
