Color: Plum

Of course I was making jam this past weekend and loved the color of these plums so much I couldn't resist sharing. For me, plum is a range of colors that vary from the deepest purple (almost black) to an orange-purple and even into the red tones. I love the textures here, from the smooth outside to the textured inside. The contrast is very beautiful. The dark richness of these fruits are perfect for the beginning of winter.
