A Table for Two

We have finally made it to one of my favorite months of the year. It is our month of love, and not just because of Valentine's Day. Our wedding anniversary was at the beginning of the month. We have been together for 18 years, more than half our life. It sounds crazy when you put it like that. Will and I met in high school, I was 15 years old and he was 16 years old. We can pretty much read each others minds now, in case you were wondering.
It is also the birthday month for Aquarius. I have so many people who are close to me that are Aquarius signs. William, my sister, Nero (our dog), Sarina, Emily, Peter, I can go on. My Grandma Dewe was also an Aquarius, and I think of her this month.
Now let's talk Valentine's Day! You have to share a bottle of bubbly with your lover and after you popped the cork, you can make them a little chair. This is a cute party trick that charms me every time. We will have some other fun Valentine's Day projects coming up!

my eyes are tearing right now because i also think of my grandmother all of the time. i gravitate toward other grandma-devotees ;) we are a special bunch. but, i am with you on the february love--i LOVE this month (valentine's day natch), but my dad, and my son are both aquarians--it is a special sing indeed. happy 18 years--and here's to 18 more.

How adorable! I had a huge obsession with miniatures as a girl. Also love to hear about you and William. My husband and I also met early in highschool...seven years later and married, still going strong. Congrats to you and William on 18 years...that is a tremendous blessing!

we were married on Valentines Day ...and we didn't think it was corny at all...it was almost a given with how much we loved each other. Thirty years later and we still feel the same way about each other.
This is totally adorable. I'm going to have to remember this for my daughter.
I continue to be delighted by your blog. This one put me over the top! Tim and I have been together 18 years this month. Of course, being older, it's not half our lives. I may not be able to read his mind, but I can always pick what he will order off of a menu.
